I am Cindy Flood, founder and owner of Simple By Design. I have 25 years of corporate organization experience and working for senior level executives as a Senior Executive Assistant. I founded Simple By Design in January 2000. I specialize in increasing workplace productivity for small businesses, home offices and corporations. In addition, my staff provides Virtual Assistant services. Media exposure includes a TV appearance on DFW Channel 5 News, an interview with the Dallas Morning News and other local papers.
My background includes 25 years in the oil and gas industry, human resources issues/payroll, event planning and 11 years as a corporate board liaison. I have presented seminars at the North Central Texas College in Corinth for office personnel and associations addressing administrative and workplace productivity needs. I have expanded my business to also assist clients with Disaster Recovery Plans and electronic records to comply with current regulations and record retention guidelines.
