What do I Need?

Are you drowning in or working with:

  • unanswered correspondence
  • stacks of business cards
  • outdated database
  • no time to order office supplies
  • no time to make travel arrangements
  • not enough office space

Do you

  • waste time looking for papers you need
  • waste time looking for information on your computer
  • know what to do if you were facing an audit
  • have a system to purge outdated papers
  • feel frequently overwhelmed by what you need to do
  • have a system so others can others find what they need in your office if you are not there
  • think a paperless office is a dream

Most importantly

Would a client feel confident in the quality of work if they saw your office today?

Don't Despair

I can help you increase your workplace productivity and determine if you need a virtual assistant.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

Virtual Assistant

A virtual assistant (VA) is an independent contractor who (from a remote location, usually their home or office) support multiple clients in a variety of industries by providing administrative, creative and technical services.

The most important thing to remember is that a Virtual Assistant (VA) is your partner and it is very important to have a good rapport.  After working with clients on a continual basis and good rapport has been established, many times I have often brought to their attention items which may have been overlooked that would create a legal problem with records management or a service they have neglected to mention in a campaign, etc.

Since there are so many questions, listed below are links which I believe provide good answers.

What is a Productivity Consultant?

In business settings, a productivity consultant can increase productivity and profitability with improvements in paper-filing and storage, electronic organizing, work-flow systems, employee time-management, space design, and more.

My mission is to decrease costs for my clients and increase productivity based on their working style and not a cookie cutter system.  What works for someone else may not work for you.

What are the payoffs of being organized?

According to research, organized people:

      • Earn more
      • More likely to be promoted on the job
      • Accomplish more by eliminating wasted time
      • Unleashes creativity
      • Has a free mind allowing them to focus on business
      • More time to enjoy their personal life
      • Decreased costs

Remember, it takes at least 21 working days to develop the habit of using a new system.
